Sven Mahn

Owner and managing director

Sven Mahn has a wide range of qualifications: He is a trained concrete and reinforced concrete worker, industrial clerk and qualified business IT specialist. He has been self-employed since 1999, initially as an IT trainer, then in the area of Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation. In 2005, he founded Sven Mahn IT and runs the company as Managing Director.

I have always rejected an industry focus, firmly believing that companies can always learn from other industries. So my motto in life - I can't do it, it doesn't exist; I can't do it, I can learn - is also transferable to projects and the company. Employees, partners and customers benefit from unconventional ideas and the combination of hobby and profession in all matters. My vision is to realize the best Dynamics for our customers with my team.

Stefan Falkenhagen

Operating Managing Director

Stefan Falkenhagen, a graduate in business administration with a focus on logistics and production, worked in Global Supply Chain Management at Motorola GmbH in Flensburg for more than nine years. He joined Sven Mahn IT in application consulting in 2010, took over as head of the consulting department in 2011 and was appointed to the management board in 2021.

I particularly enjoy working in a challenging and very collegial environment and am passionate about my work. I look forward to working with the team to design the best Dynamics for our customers. The positive feedback from our customers tells me that our employees always work with the highest level of commitment to optimize the various solutions. Customers and employees are at the center of everything we do - and we live that every day.

Marc Thormählen

Commercial Managing Director

Marc Thormählen studied philosophy and holds degrees in political science and public law. Before joining Sven Mahn IT, he worked for ten years in an internet agency for e-commerce, where he was responsible for internal and strategic projects and took over the team leadership of content management. He has been Commercial Director at Sven Mahn IT since 2011 and Commercial Managing Director since 2023.

For me, "All life is problem solving " describes the solution-oriented, passionate and, above all, customer-focused work of our employees. The joy of providing customers with the best solutions can be felt everywhere. This is my motivation to drive the company forward even further.

Linh Schmidt

Head of Consulting

Linh Schmidt is an M. Sc. industrial engineer specializing in production and logistics. She joined Sven Mahn IT in 2010 as a Master's student and completed her Master's thesis at the company. She has been working as a consultant since 2012 and took over the management of the consulting department in 2021.

The dynamic development in the technological environment, which we encounter in the form of challenges in our daily work, is a particular attraction for me. It makes it essential that we continue to develop ourselves further in order to always be able to offer our customers the best Dynamics solution. That's why I rely on an open exchange of knowledge and ideas as well as strong team spirit in my team, so that we can manage projects as a unit and grow successfully together.

Carsten Rohlehr

Head of Architecture

Carsten Rohlehr holds a degree in industrial engineering with a focus on production and logistics. He joined Sven Mahn IT in 2015 as a consultant, for which he also took over as deputy team leader in 2020. He has been responsible for the Architecture division since 2023.

Due to constant change, the IT industry constantly presents us with new tasks and challenges. At Sven Mahn IT, we face these challenges together, with everyone contributing their skills and learning with and from each other. It is important to me to promote this collegial cooperation, but also to give everyone the space to develop themselves further. This is the only way we as a team can deliver the best Dynamics together with our customers.

Jan Patten

Head of Development and Services

Jan Patten is a Scrum Master, IT specialist and IT specialist with a focus on agile working methods and has been working as a Scrum Master and developer in various project areas in the BOS environment since 2009. He joined Sven Mahn IT as a developer in 2015. He took over as deputy head of the product team in 2019 and has been Head of Development and Services since 2023.

Working together in an interdisciplinary team with agile basic ideas to overcome all the challenges and further developments of our customers is what drives me. My goal is to create a shared, pleasant and productive working environment for our customers and my team. Open and honest communication with the customer and within the team is particularly important to me.
