Future users are introduced to Dynamics and the training process via a webcast. Training videos are then made available to them, in which process flows and working methods in the new system are explained. The short videos, which are used to train one process at a time, can be viewed within a defined period of time according to individual scheduling and, if necessary, several times. This allows the users to harmonize the training with their daily work in the best possible way.
Each training participant is provided with the videos from the video library that are relevant to their role. At the same time, they are given access to a sandbox system. This training environment is an image of your Dynamics system and is available for self-training of workflows.
Throughout the video training and sandboxing phase, there will be daily webcasts to exchange ideas and answer questions.
Once users have consumed all the videos and optional additional training materials, the content they have learned is tested in theoretical tests in the form of multiple-choice questionnaires.
After passing the theory, they are admitted to the practical tests, which are carried out in the sandbox environment. Here, the candidates receive specific work instructions for each process they have learned and must implement these in order to successfully pass the practical part of the certification.

Not only the exams, but also the entire training administration, i.e. access to the course content, exam history and certification, is integrated into the Dynamics sandbox. In this way, future users are consistently familiarized with the system to be learned.
In addition, the subsequent roles and rights concept can already be used. After certification, the training participants are activated for the productive system and are immediately fully set up in the system so that they can start working straight away.
The course management in Dynamics makes the training course, progress and exam results of learners transparent at all times. This not only keeps you informed about the current status, but also allows you to see whether individual processes have been learned quickly or whether they pose challenges for users. Your Dynamics implementation can benefit from this feedback.
