Supplier Communications Agent in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
A smooth procurement process is crucial for on-time deliveries. The agent supports the purchasing department by reading supplier emails and pointing out important messages. In the event of delivery delays, the agent analyzes the impact on customers and offers mitigation options.

Account Reconciliation Agent in Dynamics 365 Finance
Monthly and annual financial statements are often time-consuming and require a lot of manual work. The agent helps by automating the reconciliation of the general ledger and subledger, accepting variances within predefined tolerances and suggesting solutions in the event of discrepancies. The result: faster and more accurate reconciliations with less manual work.

Time and Expense Agent in Dynamics 365 Project Operations
This agent automatically creates time and expense entries based on existing project assignments, calendar details and email receipts. The entries simply need to be checked and submitted. Project managers benefit from the agent reminding colleagues to submit their entries and checking them for compliance by flagging non-compliant entries.
