Home office and mobile office -
in your home port or on a long journey

It has always been important to us to give our employees a high degree of flexibility so that they can achieve a good work-life balance. In the last two years, we have had very good experience with online and hybrid collaboration in both customer projects and product development, so that we also offer an extensive home or mobile office arrangement of up to 5 days a week beyond the pandemic situation. Optimal hardware and software equipment is a matter of course - our affinity with the Microsoft product portfolio gives us a decisive advantage here.

When it comes to mobile working, we go one step further: since 2022, we have been providing campervans that have been converted into mobile offices, for example for on-site assignments with customers. With this private space on the road, the independence and the additional leisure value, the work-life balance is right even when traveling for work. However, our employees can also use the campervans as a mobile home office workstation from time to time, regardless of job-related stays, and thus combine their work with private leisure time or even family trips.

When recruiting new employees, we have relied on young talent from our own school for years. Working students are fully integrated into the company and the project business so that they have extensive opportunities for development and can grow into different areas.

We are delighted that we have already been able to support many students through their studies and final theses and that this mutually valuable collaboration has often resulted in a permanent position. We are always interested in receiving applications from ambitious young people for an apprenticeship or dual study program.
